Other charming destination that I recommend in Second Life is the nice forest of cherry blossoms in The Japan Tempura Island Sim. A very romantic and peaceful place where you can walk and enjoy some quiet time. Also you can dance and cuddle with your beloved there... awwwe!
Matthew Mitcham, born in 1988 in Brisbane (Australia), is the 2008 Olympic champion in the 10 meter platform. He is the first Australian male to win an Olympic gold medal in diving since Dick Eve at the 1924 Summer Olympics.
He usually lives and trains in Sidney, and he openly came out as gay in 2008 to the Sydney Morning Herald's article. After 2008 Olympics, he became one of the most beloved and influential gays in Australia.
Besides great diver, he has also been model for Funky Trunks, appearing on advertising world campaign in 2010.
In 2012, Matt confessed in his autobiography that he had been addicted to methamphetamine in 2011 and how he recovered with the help of Narcotics Anonymous. That is surely the most important victory of his career.
After that troublesome episode, in December 2011 he returned to racing and won Australian 10 meter platform, and he has continued his career.
Certainly, he is an example of effort, struggle and overcoming. He has won in and out of the pool.
Hurrah for this nice guy!

After being with Ryce, I recommend this destination in Second Life: the Autumnal Forest in the Japan Tempura Island Sim. Better than enjoyingthe photos, enjoy visiting this quite charming place in Second Life whenyoucan!
Last November 19th I published my first post to announce that Ryce and I had been partnered. After almost two months, I've sent 85 posts and my blog has had 5.000 views.
I have to admit that I'm pleasantly surprised because I didn't expect anyone could be interested in my posts. In the early I only thought posting photos about Ryce and me, but I also like to talk about people and places of Second Life and other people and real events too.
I have to thanks all of you, all my readers and followers, because your interest and comments make me continue and want to improve. But this wouldn't have been possible without the encouragement and support of my husband Ryce. Love you!
The Illinois Senate Executive Committee has passed the bill for same-sex marriage and sent it to the full state's Senate. If the measure becomes law, Illinois could become the 10th state in the USA to legalize marriage equality.
Today, Illinois recognizes same-sex unions as civil unions after being approved on January 2011. About public opinion, in November 2012, a Public Policy Polling survey found that 47% of Illinois voters were in favor of same-sex marriage, 42% were opposed and 11% were not sure. One of the main supporters is President Obama who has urged lawmakers of his home state to approve this law.
The January issue of GMP Magazine is out. As always, this is an awesome publication with nice and interestings reports, and very good design. Do not miss it! Of course, thanks and congrats Joao!
